For some, even painting nails can be a meditative experience! A well-done manicure and pedicure can motivate you to step onto the yoga mat or engage in other exercises.
We invited Magdalena Janik, known as @magdalena_yoga, a yoga teacher who promotes practice on the mat, meditation, and a mindful, balanced life among her followers, to be the ambassador of this collection.
