Electric Flakes Effect is a foil in the form of shiny flakes, which will create a shiny, metallic effect on your nails! This series consists of three colours of flakes; gold, green and pink! The flakes can be applied to any colour of hybrid nail polish, however we think it looks the best on a black base!
